Chat, projects and decisions
Everything starts in the chat with the CEO. Real work becomes a project with tasks you can follow, and the questions for you gather in one place.
Chat with the CEO
The Chat button is on every page. The CEO answers right away whatever needs no team work, such as general questions, what the team already knows, how work stands, or what is waiting for you. For real work, the CEO opens a project.
Write as you would to a chief of staff: the goal, the limits and the shape of answer you want. See the example in Get started.
Projects
Every larger request becomes a project on the Projects page. Inside it you see:
- The brief and departments involved, and the depth (Quick, Standard or Deep).
- Each specialist's tasks and their state: queued, running, waiting for review, done or blocked.
- The review history: QA's notes, the revisions, and what was finally accepted.
- The sources the team read, and the tokens used against the project's budget.
The Task board view on the Projects page shows every task from every project by state, which helps when several projects run at once.
Needs you
Sometimes the team needs you: to answer a question, confirm a project before it starts, approve a post or make a decision. All of it gathers in Needs you (the inbox icon at the top) and also shows in that department's room in the Office.
- Urgent: work is stopped until you answer, such as a task that needs your answer or a project out of budget.
- Decision: proposals waiting for your call, such as a social post, improvements for an agent, or a new skill from documentation.
Answer right there and the work carries on.
Notifications
The bell at the top lists what is worth a look: reports ready, tasks blocked or failed, new projects, councils convened and schedule results. What you have seen stays in step on all your devices. With Telegram connected, important decisions and the daily brief reach you there too. See Integrations, Telegram and schedules.
